Here are the cases where you may need to make an exchange or return:
Return policy
If you have received a product and you are not satisfied, it does not fit or you regret the purchase, you can request a return for reversal within 7 (seven) calendar days. For this, the order must be in its original packaging, without signs of use and with all items and accessories received. To request an exchange, simply send an email to atendimento@kironcosmeticos.com.br , informing your order number and attaching images of the product that demonstrate that it has not been used.
Exchange Policy
If you received a different product from the one purchased on our website or without any accessories, please contact us via our email: atendimento@kironcosmeticos.com.br . This request must be made within a maximum period of 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product.
To prove the error, we request that you send photos of the product received, as well as informing the number of the order placed. We will analyze the photographs and, once the error is proven, we will start the exchange procedure at no additional cost to the customer.
Defect in product received
If you identify any type of manufacturing defect, you will have 90 (ninety) calendar days after delivery to request an exchange or refund, important that the product cannot have been used.
Exchange and Return Conditions
In order for the exchange or return to be carried out, the product must comply with the following requirements:
- have no signs of use, stains, dirt or deterioration of the product;
- preserve the original packaging;
- respect the following deadlines: 90 (ninety) calendar days in case of defects or 7 (seven) calendar days in cases of error in the order or regret of purchase, counted from the date of receipt of the goods.

Discount coupon
You opt for the discount coupon in any situation regarding exchanges due to dissatisfaction.
The coupon is valid for 90 (ninety) days and can be used exclusively by the account holder in the virtual store, using a login and password. It is not allowed to sell it to third parties or convert it into cash. To use the coupon, simply make a new purchase and enter it at the time of finalizing the order.
Partial or full chargeback - payment by credit card
Upon receipt of the product at our Distribution Center and approval of the return by analyzing the items, Kiron Cosméticos sends the reversal request to the credit card administrator within 7 (seven) business days; this, in turn, has a deadline to process the request in accordance with the policy of each credit card company.
Exclusively for credit card payments, the procedure for partial or full reversal of the amount paid in your order will follow the rules of the card company, and it may take from one to two months for the amount to be returned, depending on the expiration date of your order. invoice.
