Shipping Policy

Orders placed on our website are sent through recognized logistics partners in the market to all regions of Brazil, within 2 business days after receipt of payment confirmation given by the institution responsible for billing.

To check the shipping cost and term, choose which items you want to buy and click "Add to Cart". Then enter your zip code, the cost and deadline will be calculated automatically.

Attention:

• The delivery period starts counting after the approval of the payment. Once your payment is approved you will be notified by email;
• All orders are subject to analysis and approval of registration data, which may require a little more time to confirm payment;

Payment Policy

The delivery period indicated in the order starts counting from the payment identification date, which varies according to the payment method:

• Credit Card between four (4) and seventy-two (72) business hours
• Pix within an hour
• Bank slip: after compensation, which can take up to 2 business days

Thus, if you are urgently required to receive delivery, we suggest making payment via Credit Card or Pix.

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. In some zip code ranges in some cities, there may be deliveries on Saturdays during business hours. If you are absent or if there is a need to confirm the address and/or name of the recipient, or even in the event that the box is retained for analysis and validation by the competent bodies, the delivery period is paused.
